Refunds and Exchanges

What do I need to do if I want a refund or exchange?

 

If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs).

 

1. Carefully package the item(s) up with a copy of your receipt.

2. Complete a Returns Form.

3. Send your package to our Distribution Centre at:

 CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE

  • Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
  • The returned item is unused with original packaging.

 

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the product(s) in original condition.

Calendars.com.au is not obligated to offer a refund or exchange for item(s) that are returned damaged to our Distribution Centre or never arrive. 

To qualify for a credit item(s) must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept refunds or exchanges at any of our Calendar Club stores.

Faulty item?

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the faulty item is returned within a reasonable time.
