Lost Parcels

I believe my parcel is lost. What do I do? Who do I contact?


If you have tracked and checked for your parcel and believe it to be lost, you will need to contact our Customer Service team via email at  [email protected] or leave us an online message within fifteen days of dispatch in order for replacement item(s) to be sent or a refund (if applicable) to be issued.

If the package has the correct delivery information and has been deemed 'lost' after an investigation with Australia Post, will replace the item(s).

If we are unable to source replacement item(s) due to the item(s) not being available for whatever reason, a refund will be processed for the unavailable item(s) and postage if applicable.
